For their most luxurious refrigerator line, Samsung launched 5 models that represent artistry. Only a handful of stores carried them in display, but they wanted an expanded audience to reach purchase decisions.
The website led the users through design, feature and options to customize. The seamless experience lifted the sales with 5.7% conversion rate (very high, especially for such high price), and visit reached the annual goal in a month. The tablet version was used in store by clerks to sell with or without the actual product.
